At Team Afterburn, we are constantly striving to keep the routines fun and fresh by adding new exercises each month! Some of them will be altogether new to our members, while a few will be twists on some of our old favorites! Adding new exercises allows us to add to our extensive library of workout options which means not only do we keep things unique and fresh, but we are able to maximize our workout potential instead of getting caught up in the same thing month in and month out! Let’s take a look at the newest addition for July:
1.) Fast Feet with Box Jump
➢ A combination of two of our favorite cardio exercises! This exercise will combine both the fast feet along with box jumps! Previously, you have seen fast feet with touchdown. This time, it will be the same concept, except you will be performing a box jump rather than a touchdown. The constant tension and all that we are asking of our legs during this exercise will drive our heart rates through the roof as we work tirelessly to fuel those legs with the oxygen they need to keep going!
